Flex Mail

Flex Mail allows the administrator to quickly communicate with everyone in the database, current or past sessions. Flex Mail incorporates a database of anyone who has ever registered and lets you select the individual or group you wish to contact. You may select an individual parent or each coach from a specific division. Flex Mail allows you to choose your recipients by season, division or team. You can contact a specific team coach even if you don't know his name. Flex Mail is an online application, which allows you to seamlessly e-mail your clients from any computer or PDA with Internet access.
