Sports League Admin provides three options to approve applicants:
1) When a team signs up they go onto a waiting list to wait for your approval, at which point their credit card is charged.
2) You may also set a limit for the number of teams in a division and once that number is reached, teams go onto a waiting list. At any point you may remove a team from the waiting list and notify of approval or rejection.
3) All applicants are approved at the time of registration.
